EGS Housing is the housing division of Essential Global Solutions LLC. We operate shared residential homes with private furnished bedrooms and one simple all-inclusive monthly rate.
What we do
We source suitable residential homes, furnish and maintain them to a consistent standard, and place residents into private bedrooms through a clear intake and application process. Formal applications, screening, leases and rent are handled through our property-management system so every resident has a proper lease and ledger.
How we grow
Each new city is treated as a market: relationships first, then property sourcing, then a launch. The same operating standards travel with us, so a home in a new market looks and runs like a home in our first.
What we are not
EGS Housing provides independent housing only. We are not an assisted living community, nursing facility, personal care home, medical facility or treatment program. We do not provide medication administration, personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, or clinical services of any kind.
Residents live independently and are responsible for their own care and daily needs.
